The Sanctum Keeper — Gothic Cathedral Display Stand, Dark Academia Mini Display

The Sanctum Keeper - a miniature Gothic cabinet, three open shelves behind an arcade of slender columns.

A small open-fronted display cabinet in an octagonal footprint, its three internal shelves set behind an arcade of pointed-arch openings and slender columns. A carved floral pediment crowns the top, and the lowest section is finished as a panelled, quatrefoil-decorated plinth rather than a fourth shelf.

The side faces carry pierced floral tracery panels that continue the Gothic language from the front arcade around the whole piece, so it reads as finished from more than one angle rather than only face-on.

Big enough to hold a small run of curios or miniature figures across its three shelves.

Key details

• Freestanding open-shelf display cabinet, octagonal footprint

• Three internal shelves behind a pointed-arch column arcade

• Carved floral pediment top and panelled plinth base

• Pierced side-panel tracery

• 3D-printed PLA construction, multi-part assembly

• Approx. 16.1 cm wide × 22.0 cm high × 5.6 cm deep

• Subtle layer texture and minor print variation are natural parts of the 3D-printing process

Finish options

• Matte Black — our standard finish. Deep matte PLA that holds shadow and shows every sculpted edge.

• Antique Silver — hand-painted, drybrushed by us in the workshop so the raised detail lifts and the recesses stay dark. Each piece is finished individually, so no two are ever quite the same.

• Antique Bronze — hand-painted, drybrushed by us in the workshop so the raised detail lifts and the recesses stay dark. Each piece is finished individually, so no two are ever quite the same.

• Other (message me) — the same hand-painted finish in colours of your choosing, for the same price. Send us a message before you order and tell us what you have in mind, and we will say honestly whether we can do it justice.

What it will hold

A single shelf for light display items — a book or two, a small figure, a candle holder or similar. Not intended for heavy or load-bearing items.

Made and posted in Ireland

Printed, finished and packed by the two of us in Dublin, and posted from Ireland — so EU orders arrive without customs charges or import delays. Matte black goes out in 1–3 working days; hand-painted finishes take 3–5, because the paint needs time to dry properly between coats.

Product safety

• Decorative display stand for indoor use only.

• Not a toy. Keep away from young children.

• Keep away from excessive heat, open flames and prolonged direct sunlight — PLA can soften at high temperatures.

• Place on a stable, level surface. Not load-bearing beyond light jewellery and small trinkets.

• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and solvents, especially on a hand-painted finish.

• Handle fine tracery and pierced detail with care — it is more delicate than it looks.

• Materials: PLA. Hand-painted finishes also use acrylic paint and matt varnish.

• Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor layer lines and small variations in finish are normal and form part of the piece's character.

If anything isn't right

Every piece gets checked before it's packed. If something turns up damaged, or just isn't what you were hoping for, please send us a message — we're a two-person workshop and we would far rather hear from you and put it right.
